Token Creek 10k trail run
Madison, Wisconsin – 10/24/20
A little socially distant trail run north of Madison. Pretty morning. I ran as Kylo Ren, since we had to be masked up anyway š

“London” Marathon part 2
Madison/London, Wisconsin – 10/4/20
The official virtual London Marathon, this time I ran from downtown Madison out to London, WI. A pretty day, and I ran a bit faster than the one in April. 3:53:49.

Screw City Duathlon
Rockford, IL – 7/26/20
An actual in person race! It was super hot, and started late in the morning. But fun to get back out there. I finished 3rd woman overall.
“London” Marathon
London, Wisconsin – 4/26/20
I was supposed to be in England running the London Marathon, but it was postponed. So instead, I went to London, Wisconsin (just east of Madison), and ran my own solo marathon. I saw the Queen, Big Ben, and even some corgis. And the local news station did a neat little story about the race. Final time of 3:58:37.

Caribbean Running Cruise
Dallas, TX – 2/14/20 through 2/22/20
A great week in the Caribbean. I ran the Florida Half Marathon on Saturday (1:50:33, first overall, it was a warm one!), a 5k on the ship on Monday, a 10k in St Maarten (52:03, super hot and hilly, first woman overall), and a scavenger run in Puerto Rico. Lots of fun costumes:

Hot Chocolate 15k
Dallas, TX – 2/8/20
We did a quick trip down to Dallas to run the Hot Chocolate race. It was hillier than I remembered! I ran 1:14:28, good for 2nd in my age group.

Carlsbad Half Marathon & 5k
Carlsbad, CA – 1/19
Out to Southern California with our Fleet Feet training group, for some warmer weather and sun! I ran the 5k with Suellen and then the half marathon about 15 minutes later. I’m still dealing with some sinus problems, so I didn’t run fast, finishing in 1:49:31. It was a pretty course (and hilly!) and fun.
